I agree with you on the lack of reporting and transparency from Kazia, and sadly that seemingly has gotten worse recently. I think John needs to settle in, step up, be visible and provide regular investor updates. I hope to see him improve things soon.
However, I also think we need to acknowledge some of the pros and cons of the strategy of having 3rd party lead trials. Kazia has saved significant capital in having a large number of these trials run by world renowned researchers and medical institutions. The obvious problem is that Kazia loses control of the trials and the reporting to a large extent. This is on top of trying to manage the inherent issues with forecasting and the timely gathering, processing and reporting of trial data. Notwithstanding, I think Kazia could be significantly more transparent and timely with providing relevant updates and details to the market.
