Hard to know why it wasn't marked price sensitive. It's the biggest allergy practice in the US, and Adherium are hiring staff to run it. Maybe the revenue is hard to quantify, but still, in the context of where Adherium are, it seems highly material.
I see that Respiri has been able to raise $4m at a market cap of $40m. Certainly more interest coming into the sector.
