Take a look at Fibrogen FGEN guys. Similar current MC as CAPR  @$140m and also presented at PPMD. It was once trading at around $2.5B MC with big hopes in DMD. The NASDAQ can be your highschool sweetheart and turn into a viscious ex if you miss a beat. Banks abandon you to join your sworn enemy and then discredit everything they once supported leaving a shell company and a pennies in the dollar take-over if you're lucky. But it's not impossible.
@samfiodiving I know going stateside has it's big ups but for poor little A$50m ANP, imo, the drugs must prove themselves first with a few feathers in their cap before wading into the shark infested waters. For me personally, that means Tox results, P2B interim results at minimum, maybe even the full trial results, a few licencing deals for other indications and a $500m MC before the young australian heads over the Pacific. Anything before that stage is too risky. I wish I believed finding early money and hitting the NASDAQ now could catupault us into stardom and get this drug trialed in many more areas, but the realist in me says we would end up being eaten alive. Another dynamic I'd like to see is data that speaks so highly of itself that US investment houses offer us a seat at the table on their home turf. An invitation to attend rather than knocking on the door. That comes with PR and attention we need. Maybe it's cheaper at that stage for big pharma/banks to just buy the lot and forget about a listing ?
I believe that the team we have now, just might be able to get ANP to where those options exist.

While we wait for ANP, I'm watching Santhera Therapeutics, also with a MC of $110M and privately held Italfarmaco for their results and the processes that a private company take to get noticed on the DMD stage.
