Why do i quantify i am going to approach the chair or the CEO for that matter because what i am trying to get across is that im am not just blowing hot air on this thread

Why should it bother you that another poster shows an interest in thoughts outside of a forum

I would love to form a group of 50% of the ANP register and combine all our thoughts so we can speak as a tight knit t group in full agreement

But no its just not possible boy have i tried over the years

Am i wasting managements time by doing what i am doing maybe i am but i did make that clear in correspondence that is not my intention

Did i waste my time a number of years ogo by bothering and hounding Mark Diamond some 16months out and canvassing this forum for a reissue of our options, should they look like expiring worthless when he has no clue the options could even be reissued and yes he followed up on the idea and the options were reissued at minimal cost and the majority converted for x $mil in support of the company and i invested a substantial sum in that conversion in support of the company

So to move on to present day have i and will i be contributing to this CR

no i will not

Do i think its a no brainer yes i do i think its terrific value

Then why am i not contributing to this round simple reason

Principle

My rights and your rights as shareholders were misrepresented in this latest CR

They gambled our rights on price movement in the value of the SPP when it is clear to all that there is a waiver set whereby you and i as shareholders are protected in that it should have come out placement and SPP at the same sp exiting the TH without gambling on share price fluctuations

But hey should i actually bother trying to not only look after my own interests but your interests also

We are paying for this advice, is this the sort of advice we are going to take moving into any future partnership

I could go on is this the type of thing do you want to hear Ryn on the forum i am just sorry overall that as a group we cannot all just band together as shareholders as individuals we have very little voice as a combined group we can be heard

Anyway if thats how you roll that's fine by me
