No , I think it is you that doesn't understand he subtle ' Nuances ' in interpreting financial accounts and the notes thereof.

Like the very simple matter of why and how it looks to the Market when a so called significant partner does NOT see the same value at a heavily discount 18.0 cents for Sophisticated Investors and Institutions as they see for themselves .....but prefer not to exercise it ' Non Dilutionary ' original terms.

Is it because they simply don't have the available cashflow to pay for it ....... or is it something else. .....

Why did K.P state that Sayona was ' Fair Value ' at 18.0 cents. Should he have said this publicly as a reputable Joint Venture Partner..... Or are his intentions for stating this something else.

So its about understanding these movements in the casfhlow together with the notes. And it appears the market is doing jsut that.
