MST Access Re-initiates on 5EA Advanced Materials, page-20

I have some questions where is the funding for stage 2 90k ramp up plant coming from ?
DOE-LPO is obviously the debt portion but LPO won't debt fund 100% 80% max as quoted by Jigar Shah and only in exceptional ESG/Risk circumstances so more than likely a 60/40 debt/equity split so my question where is the 40% equity coming from ?
What is the projected CAPEX that 5EA are planning for that they will need 40% equity ?
Where will they raise the 40% equity ? SHs ? OTAs ? JV ?
I here RIO expanding BORON LOM via Lithium with the hope of more BA from that facility what material impact will this have on the "tailwinds" and in turn 5EAs ability to raise equity ?
FYI this is not an attack very serious genuine questions .
I want to like 5EA been trading it for a little bit atm but would like to hold longer IF the data validates it .
