cunner, you're on the money as c$350m was npv15 at 60 wti and 2$ gas for reduced leases, see below from peters
but when you have x3 times as much condy at 90 wti and gas mooning with lng again soon...its a very different game
remember 6 wells of neighbour paid out in 3 months with profit c$130m at 18mnths...
ce1 have about 220 well locations, before they get the old leases back and double that to 440 again
also neighbour/saguaro currently npv10 their wells at about c$20m, with the much lower condy rates...ce1 flowed at >3-5x that
so thats a very conservative npv when neighbour got more than c$20m profit for each of 6 wells in 18 mnths
try ce1 220 wells x c$20m npv = ...
