"If you wanted a voice so badly you'd do it off your own back...". ........ a) you've posted this several times yesterday... a fresh new idea? hey, I've been listening to Aboriginal voices for 30 years mate, and b) thats isn't the point at all.
as you know and as many have explained over again, the reason for the constitutional placement is because previous official voices of Aboriginal people have been abolished by Lib Govs, so they want it in the constitution so that any Gov which wants to abolish the Voice will need to ask the peoples' opinion (referendum) first.
- 24 delegates,
- no access to funding other than running costs,
- no power of veto,
- no compulsion on Govs to enact their advice,
- no question of the Voice challenging Gov decisions in the High Court (according to constitutional lawyers/experts and High Court past and present officials,
- no qualms via the Solicitor General.....
yet you stick to your memes from the No! mob bluey.----==> crazy man
