BOM site has stats on cyclones back to 1906. Don't seem to get too many in Nov or Dec.

By putting in the Lats/Longs of a location you can see all cyclones that have passed within a given distance. If you select a single season period it will also give you wind strengths at each point in the path.

The following is the 20 year history (I got bored at this point!!) for cyclones that have passed within 200km of the approx Artemis 1 proposed well location. Speeds are indicative max either near the location or on the lead in path.
