You do not seem to understand accounting methods.

You have taken a snippet feom a note regarding PLL's profit and loss statement and applied it to their cashflow statement to support your false narrative. Do you understand the difference between a profit and loss statement and a cashflow statement? Pretty basic stuff, but appears you do not.

It is there in black and white how much PLL has been contributing each and every quarter. No lag, clear as day.

You do not seem to understand how joint ventures function and seem to be conflating Sayona Quebec and Sayona into a single entity.

Joint Ventures make calls for funds in advance by anticipating upcoming needs. The quarterlies from both companies show PLL has been paying in.

How PLL chooses to report it's profit and loss statement has nothing to do with their cashflow statement and does not entitle you to disregard the notes showing they have paid and instead make nonsense claims that all the funds coming in must be from SOQUEM for Moblan etc.

As for the current quarter, I would expect the JV to make another call - probably already have - and it will be paid by both PLL and SYA as per usual. You use the word OWE as though PLL is behind on payments to SYQ without a shred of evidence - in response I have given you indisputable, susbtantiated facts to refute your nonsensical speculation.

It is my opinion that declaring SYAs costs are already near DFS steady state projections and that nameplate has been achieved is reckless and shameless lightbulb chasing. There was nearly AU$70m in costs associated with NAL in the latest SYA quarterly for output of less than 30000t. This is why we have seen such significant contributions to the JV by PLL - ~US$28m in the 6 months to June 30 2023.
