It matters not whether FG has a case here, what matters is the fact that FG has the resources to throw the money at the case and Anteo don’t; how much of the $6m is allocated to fighting a court case? Zero and Anteo can’t afford it.
This is big business and big business has no scruples, we’ve witnessed this in the past.
If FG is ruled offside they’ll appeal it, I have no doubt.
We need an indefinite trading halt until settlement; time for management to take proactive steps, there’s no reason to suspend business operations, just share trading.
