Because in reality he'd be more like "I f*$ked up badly and thought we'd get some good hit's, I can't get a diamond rig from anywhere atm, I delayed the last rc results because they were so shit. looking at Andradas drilling program and talking to our new expert we've decided to drill in a new area once this other mob have finished with the diamond rig because there's only one diamond rig in Namibia.They tell me it should be available mid September but I'll tell my share holders mid August" That's the friggen reality....all fancied up in cute little words so 007 and others still love it
