While I share your view it is also dependent on where coal prices go in the future. The EPS of USD0.378 or AUD0.57 for the first half puts the share price on a PE of about 2.5 (annualized basis). If they earn another USD340m in the second half (and don't acquire anything) it is difficult to see how they wouldn't pay a dividend.
