The more flags raised to ASIC the more they'll need to step up their game. We can make a report here: https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/contact-us/reporting-misconduct-to-asic/
Sure they might not investigate something if there's no evidence, but like all things, if no one ever raises the concern then no one will even look. If they suddenly get triple the number of complaints or flags raised, this will help their metrics and hopefully get more funding.
