I personally think and alluded to by our CFO was that all tenders came back and preferred contractors both could deliver certain parts of the project cheaper. so both now are at the table working out who's doing what and what's the most cost effective way to do it.. 3-4 months delay for the sake of saving 5 to 10 percent on capex worth the wait imo... in the meantime the vanadium price can improve and enviros/native title can progress.
agree management have probably been guilty of overpromising. suspect why they are refraining from giving solid timelines atm. They want to get all costings right even if it means frustrating us all a little because they are going to get funding off the back of this. it's not an estimate, I suspect it's gonna be a contracted build cost
