Thats some serious capital destruction!!!! No point collecting dividends when one's capital is eroded.
But each to their own I guess.
The beautiful thing with REITS, their business model is quite simple, and hence its not too difficult to 'time' entry and exits!!!
Happily on the side and waiting patiently... I guess I am greedy, I wan't both capital appreciation and dividends.
