    Because Dr T is far from being a guru on running clinical trials.
    He isn't a medical doctor; he's a Ph.D scientist and self-taught geologist.
    He did brilliantly on the RAC preclinicals and suspecting cardioprotection from the historical data.
    But RAC has moved on now.
    Now we need clinical trial expertise and partnering expertise.
    The right team for the current job is in place.
