However, to qualify, I have seen this mob go from a genuine medical cannabis company into a bit of a joke purely on the mismanagement by the BOD and their inability to keep to a planned agenda. I really do believe they are dodgy.

If you have decided to treat this as a "punt" then all power to you - we've all done this from time to time in other companies.

My only comments would be this: Their financial position is at best precarious. Cash holdings are low, revenue is too low and not much chance of matching high expenditure. Limited products on the market.
