Very positive news IMO. I'm surprised that SQM was prepared to make an offer so early in the piece. They are obviously very positive about AZS's Andover deposit and are Li experts with good geo's etc so this is very bullish IMO. Also, the price offered ($2.31) was well above AZS's market price at the time ($1.72), again clearly demonstrating their belief in the Project.
Onwards and upwards for AZS!
