The opening post on this thread was "let's speculate", so please be aware that the below is 100% pure speculation - as this could just be your stock standard CR.
However, did anyone else find point (d) in the trading halt announcement "a little different" to "normal" trading halt announcements?
(d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
This exact same "point d" was also included in the trading halt announcement on 13 July 2020 - when Bevan Slattery was announced the next day as a strategic investor.
Again, this probably means absolutely nothing - as the Pointerra company secretary Neville Bassett would probably just use a standard trading halt form.
But I don't remember seeing that "point d" listed on other ASX company CR announcements
