Nah, Goblin has a point: our ports are a choke point for our exports. Not enough ships, for a start, and not enough capacity at port. In other words we can get the raw resource out of the ground, but we can't get it into enough ships fast enough. Look at our current account deficit of recent months - even with high resource prices and high demand we are still not cutting it, should tell you something.
