Telstra are paying $450 million for 50% of HTA....
HTA have 678.6 million shares....
That means Telstra paid $1.32 per HTA share.....
Current HTA price is $0.36 .....
Please explain??????
Is this another of Telstra's frivoluos investments or is HTA way undervalued.
