I have sold out today. Love the company, but there is massive dilution coming when this deal completes in a couple of weeks, so the market cap of this stock will suddenly jump to over $300m, which means it will be overvalued for sure. At the same time a large number of shares will become free trading which people got at 3p. It is pretty obvious that a lot of these will get sold to lock in an eight bagger, particularly given the high valuation. I will hope to buy back in after that.
