You have not stated how you obtained the $95B value but if you just multiplied the resource by the spot price then I hope you are never made responsible for a FID at a mining company. I suggest you take a look at a DFS report for another company so that you can see the various factors that have to be taken into account when determining the viability of a mine. The DFS will also state an NPV that gives you the best estimate for the value of the mine.
