Absolute madness to get rid of Fraser at this stage (no matter what you think of the last 12 months).
A zero continuity handover at this stage will increase the chance our money here is dust IMO.

What the 249D crowd can do with a majority on the BOD but Fraser still there, is the same as what they can do with them all gone - only they'd have clarity of what the actual situation is with offers for Morilla and FFX with Fraser, and NFI without him.

I'd urge people to oust Hep and Gordon and to retain Fraser - in the interests of preserving your own money.
