I'm not sure that many understand what an indictment by a grand jury actually is - it involves zero guilt and is conducted solely by the prosecution team presenting their evidence and their beliefs to a jury of the public. If they provide a compelling enough case to that jury so the case will proceed
So we have a professional team who have been specifically selected to "get Trump" who get to work on a jury of ordinary folks with, in all likelihood, no understanding of the law. There is zero rebuttal, zero defence, zero challenges to the presented "evidence and thoughts" of those prosecutors.
In other words.....it is a shambolically low threshold to achieve an indictment. No jury is going to be able to withstand the professional pressure of a team of hit-men lawyers that have the full weight of the Government behind them
So, no......I don't believe anyone feels any more differently about this latest indictment - is she another one who campaigned on "getting Trump"?
Now we will get to see that evidence tested.....subpoenas issued, evidence provided, witnesses called......that will be interesting
