the offer is “inadequate” in your opinion. The entire TPD board is stating that the offer is adequate and recommending that shareholders accept it, when it becomes available to do so.
if you have an issue with the offer conditions I suggest you take it up with Colby where you may get an explanation, not waste your time on HC where nobody cares about your dribbles.
