I don't think so.
This rego trial doesn't even start until 2024 and then surely we would be several months into 2024 from actual revenue + with a CR of what 100 Mill, (Assuming it done a discount - most likely), I expect we will be in the doldrums (SP wise) for the next 6-9 months. Plenty of time to continue to short and close out.
