re: Ann: Preliminary Update on Property Reval... The devaluation is a little worse than I thought. I was expecting a 3% drop. The office buildings in Osaka must be doing pretty bad. Need to do some more homework to see how the office sector is going.

I am not a big fan of debt reduction. I can do better with the money than taking the 2% interest. The next piece of information will be the income.
