Mate you are the one who said it is now 3 months old, when this process should only take about a month considering they have had an entire year to prepare.
Accepting cash and shares as payment, selling the holding company, not fulfilling a signed agreement as soon as the ILUA looked to be completed, not completing discovery in a timely manner, changing solicitors, claiming conflict of interest with representation.
