there's around 600k shares on offer between 19.5c and 21.5c.

in a usually lightly traded stock, with only a few large parcels ticking through at the best of times, we can comfortably regard these offers as blocking any move higher in the SP from 19c..

so anyone who wants to sell or has to sell for lunch money, bus fare, a taxi home after today's game, or for whatever reason, they're only going to get max 19c. There's a deliberate strategy playing out by a cashed up buyer to cap the upside and build a significant holding while that is still possible.

time wise, the opportunity to do this is surely running out. I've holding my tidy parcel till this whole renaissance thing at A1 and Union Hill plays out a few years down the track. I'm sure i'm not the only one.

as the company continues to grow on its well planned path, a sharp rerating higher in the SP is on the cards.

this is possible if not probable this year, with the September quarterly report potentially a timely catalyst. Many punters might want just a little more derisking news, and when that comes any blocking offers will be taken out pronto.
