If DB & UBS were both holding shares for future partner and have now xfered some to this party, they only have to announce once they have greater than 5%...

DB UBS & future Partner "could" all have 4.9% each and no further announcements need to be made..

I dont believe that both DB & UBS would have over sold by accident the same as they did not both become substantial shareholders at a similar time by accident.

Once they are ready to announce the partner I believe we will see a final substantial shareholding announcement.
