Larger holders in stocks don't invest and then hope and pray!.
They buy on true facts and cash flow/revenue. And in some cases unfortunatley (for some smaller guys), because they seem to have access to "birdies".
There is currently abosulutely no reason at all for larger holders to invest in GDN. Also there is simply not enough volume to manipulate anything at all at this stage.
