    Greetings NL,

I'm not sure what Topo and Co are posting as I have them on ignore, but from what I can read in replies here and what posters over there are posting here are some of my thought, it's of interest I guess to bot threads:

...The way i see this announcement is that it is an insurance policy for RNU. What it does is it puts ANZAPLAN in between RNU and EGRs patent. If by some miracle EGR manages to hold onto the patent, their fight will be with ANZAPLAN not RNU....

That is quite a crazy thought...do you think any multinational will sign up with a supplier when there are outstanding issues?

The Red Flags for this project are adding up:

    * The lack of holders questioning the sudden change with the announcement of now paying royalties for a process RNU has been supposedly paying Anzaplan to develop for them...and where is their patent?

    * It has been quite clear for everyone who wants's to confirm that RNU is following EGRs path...the latest news that some here are spouting as innovation= reduction in water use, this was already pioneered by EGR way back in 2021:

I guess one of the next announcements by RNU might be: To initiate an LCA study?

    * Using a significantly higher sell price for PSG than what it is selling now, great if it happens but how can one invest in hope that prices will get and stay that high? == IMO that was the main reason for the strong sell-off on the announcement of BAM study

    * Luckily RNU will not be able to copy EGR's most recent significant strategic move which is to separate the mechanical shaping from the BAM facility and establish that in a location where it can run on high volume/much lower overheads and then establish BAM facilities directly next to OEM's and their battery suppliers..

As we know things can change but unfortunately for RNU the one thing they can not change is the significant amount of shares on the issue for the stage that the project is in, I know most here are counting on RNU getting full access to the GOV grant just for the mine, I don't believe that to be the case but I might be wrong, If I am not wrong that will add too many more share to the register for current holders.

I am very bullish on the Graphite future for a handful of miners and I am not posting this to upset anyone just for fun, but I find it important to highlight the potential issues for RNU and anyone looking to sign a supply agreement with the view to then supply the EU, US and Korean/Jap markets and now hoping that the Lic Agreement with Anzaplan will offer a back door like solution -- that will not work, also possibly they might implement the delay tactics again by trying to postpone the upcoming Patent hearing scheduled for NOV...which will backfire strongly IMO.

    All MO

It's all going according to the 'New and Improved' plan.
