Ann: Splitit obtains US$50 million commitment from Motive, page-107

I definitely feel like a backseat passenger in any listed asx company I'm apart of. if we vote "no" this company will go into administration or (most likely) be heavily diluted at 6c ps. we are getting $50m to grow and secure splitits future. that $50m premium price is valued at $0.20 usd PER SHARE!! once this company goes private. the value of splitit will be north of $200m. the "partner" has purchased into our company at an agreed price of $0.31 AUD. I'm not selling and I will be voting yes.
