That looks like the number atm , I entered @16 last week & topped up today@16 . After watching for a while & doing DD , figured it was basing low 20's & almost pulled the trigger when the ''duster'' opened up the opportunity . I think the MC would defy logic dipping lower than 15 but will add if it does .
As a comparison , look at VSR's duster Ann & the subsequent over reaction & then look at it now .
