Not sure what Damon does. First spoke to him in April. Elaine said they all have their separate areas of responsibility but meet together regularly. Like Frank they are quick learners and capable. I suspect they are on the lookout for a CEO. Until then I trust their judgement in looking after all our interests. I have been with CRK since early 2006 and fully respect the management who have been very successful in raising cash and preserving it when necessary and protecting the share register from dilution. The same can't be said for other stock I have owned. Its a new vision for CRK articulated to the market that we now need and I am sure that the present management are only to aware and proactive as we speak.
