you should be saying the drill results have determined the thickness of the veins, you need more drilling to determine the lengths,
What is very clear from the drill results, the veins vary in thickness, they will also vary in length, you might start understanding how difficult it is going to be to selectively mine a material with so much variation when its impossible to visually see the difference in grade.
