I've emailed DC about this topic, as I was curious about the wording in the ANN.

1) The process was a joint development between RNU and Anzaplan
2) The license fee is very nominal, the reason being is because both companies have contributed to the process. (To cover costs of the money spent, there is a nominal license fee)
3) The part that RNU own of the process they have the option to file for a patent themselves
4) The whole process is patent pending as I understand it and the reason for this is to not have to worry about a "potential cloud" on their (RNU & Anzaplan) process

In short this is not an issue and RNU have it covered .... hence the reason for the ANN.

If you want information..... email DC he is very accommodating and then you don't have to listen to the bullshit noise from people trying to stir the pot , for whatever reason they have in doing so.
