The highlighted passage is common sense and also an ASIC requirement that the company needs to inform shareholders of all risks of lower liquidity in their decision.

If that was not disclaimed ASX/ASIC would make them re-release the announcement with "there is no guarantee" statements....and the sad scared people would then say "it must be bad as ASX/ASIC reviewed and Splitit are hiding things and ASIC think shareholders are getting shafted as they made them state there is no guarantee"

    Loose loose situation.

Kinda like "do not eat" on things in bags of food that people clearly should not eat. Pointless but required because there are stupid people amongst us that want to blame others for everything.

These bits on all the risks will be used by the downies here for weeks to come.

Read the list of risks when investing in any stock on the ASX that all have currwntly agreed to. There are no guarantees in any investment, anywhere.

Only put in what you can loose happily.

Im holding. Make your own choices.
    Motive seem good to me.

Has anyone found any negatives on Motive Partners....can we look into that instead of listening to the clowns on here try to beat their chests and give their poor justification on why they have been so right whilst also being so wrong.
