I know a bit about Motive and think it is a very strong operator and extremely well connected in the US and Europe. So +1 for that. I am not a holder and have only been trading/speculating on this stock. I did think about buying shares to participate in this new private enterprise, but I think they are now too subordinated and you have to hope for 1) a really big success such that an exit is north of A$400mio to be worth spending any capital for 3-5 years (see earlier posts about "breakeven") and 2) that the future governance will be respectful of the ex ASX shareholders such that there is no further subordination. I am fine with more dilution as it is likely to happen if the company is successful. But more subordination just wipes out these shares. So it's a no for me. But very interesting move for sure.
