I sold out of DRE after Goldman got involved. Even believing something like this would happen, I'm shocked it's back to 4.6c.
There is a reason Goldman is referred to as the Squid... it had its tentacles all over Dre right now.
Obviously, eventually they will want the SP to rise, it just might be years away.
