I dont agree... in hindsight the timing of the raise was exceptional. If we did have the nous to realise this environment was approaching and that we required a little more "fat" to ensure that we have funding until NAL can be self sustaining, then this shows that our decision makers are adept and quite ahead of the game.
Then they have converted 15c options... they must be confident? Why would you do that if you werent certain you would get that money back? IMO
