As mentioned before its always about the leaky ship with DRE. When its in decline and then you see a trade up for no reason in a afternoon it seems to be followed by news... however post news the volume is low and the SP has not reversed so far, add to this it seems the overall market is looking at a high in August and a decline from here.
Still waitig for a solid bottom on the chart before buying full back in.
