I have had a conversation with the company now and yes you are correct in saying that Masawu are indeed not shareholders of CCC but are shareholders of CCL. The BEE is still intact due to this.

I have also requested that CCC clarify that in future presentations.

CCC have clearly stated in their presentations that Masawu are 26% shareholders so anyone that has conducted research from the presentation would also think that Masawu are shareholders of CCC.

Note:-From their presentaion:-(Established BEE partner Masawu Investments (Pty) Ltd (26% shareholder).

What CCC have failed to state in this presentation is that it is through Masawu having 26% shareholding in CCL as it is misleading to not state that.

The same goes for the D&D reco.

I have communicated this to the company.
