The big difference LTR is trading , LLL is not. LTR management is providing the market with factual tier 1 updates. LTR is not selling into China therefore getting prices based on Japan and Korea which are currently double China. LLL stuck with China , ISIS, junta and Wagner. Risk is now becoming clearer for all.
