The performance rights haven't expired yet, they are still in effect.
I started a whole separate thread on this a few weeks ago, all 3 tranches (4c, 6c, 8c) expire in Oct 2024. So in theory, Deloub is "still motivated"?? to achieve these shareprice targets. And I'm on the hook to buy everyone drinks if we achieve all three tranches
Sadly, I can't see a high chance of it happening though as the speed of delivery in SHE has always been too slow
