What you NEED to know, is, in the last year at least, small cap stocks have suffered with poor liquidity, and like oxygen, the marginal buyer and seller can force the price to extreme levels, causing massive volatility. If someone had a handful of shares and wanted to sell, there is no liquidity and it forces the prices down 20 or 30% even for a trade of a few hundred dollars.

HOWEVER

Liquidity works both ways. Ive seen it in recent cases eg BDX, RBL, 3DP, in good news situations this lack of liquidity becomes a massive tailwind as all the traders jump on board, causing huge demand and no sellers.

So please brace yourself for this type of scenario, as there is much FOMO money on the sidelines looking for homes and hopefully they will be knocking the RHT door down tomorrow.
