Furthermore the management team have necessary skills and experience to effectively run the company.

Another factor that have greatly contributed to the poor performance is external market conditions. The mining industry is highly cyclical and susceptible to fluctuations in commodity prices, demand-supply dynamics, and global economic conditions. If the company operates in a sector that is currently facing challenges such as declining commodity prices or oversupply, it can significantly impact its performance.
