Interestingly as SP approaches sub-dollar, memories of consolidation return. I remember company stating share price will be more attractive to international investors following 20 to 1 consolidation i.e. a penny stock will be priced more like a proper, serious company doing serious, important stuff.
If the trend continues, the share price will be back to penny stock land, so more interesting to retailers but not to the international institutions. More importantly, the consolidation did not achieve its objective of more investment etc, and instead started a significant downtrend. I hope the brainiacs in the company are not thinking of this stunt again in the future because it's just been an epic fail and a gigantic mistake on the part of company decision-makers.
This journey has just been the pits. All of us who seriously invested hard-earned money just watching a recurring bloodbath for the SP. There's just no light at the end of a very long tunnel.
